Kiasu vs Tidak Apa - Singlish vs Manglish with Uncle Gwee

Uncle (or more affectionately, Unker) Gwee Li Sui is back with another season of Singlish. This time, we look across the border to our neighbours, highlighting some of the more common terms you may hear in Malaysian English, and some comparative ones in Singlish.

If you enjoy the series, don't forget to join us in two weeks for the next lesson! Maybe we'll finally answer if it's “tombalek” or “terbalik”.
