Water Gushes Down Uluru as Rain Hits Northern Territory

Visitors to Uluru were treated to the sight of waterfalls cascading down the rock on June 22.

The unusual sight came as a coast-to-coast band of rain crossed Australia, the ABC said.

The Bureau of Meteorology said even arid areas got downpours, with 31 mm of rain recorded at the nearest weather station to Uluru.
