Breonna Taylor Banner Raised on Louisville Bridge

Lanes of the George Rogers Clark Memorial Bridge in Louisville were closed for several hours on June 29 as a banner depicting Breonna Taylor was flown by protesters, before later being removed by the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet

This drone footage shows the banner, which reads: “They tried to bury me. They didn’t know I was a seed. Breonna Taylor. The revolution is now.”

Police said 33 people were arrested and 19 cars were towed away before the bridge reopened shortly after 2:30 pm.
